Conference Dinner

The conference dinner on the 20th of April, will take place at 19:00 in the Break Sokos Hotel Levi (their Instragram). We will have a buffet with the BIEGGA – WIND menu, including:

  • Smoked reindeer- soup Lappish cheese salad with cloudberry vinaigrette
  • Roasted beetroot with chevre Mushroom salad
  • Cognac –rawspiced salmon Smoked whitefish
  • Roasted beef with lingonberry-rosemary compote
  • Smoked reindeer mousse with rye crisps
  • Bread selection with whipped butter
  • Fried Arctic char with crayfish sauce
  • Overnight braised lamb entrecote with dark garlic-sauce
  • Roasted honey roots & potatoes
  • Chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream
  • Chocolate sweets
  • Coffee and tea

The buffet will cost 60€ p.P., keep your receipts for reimbursement.
