Conference Dinner
The conference dinner on the 20th of April, will take place at 19:00 in the Break Sokos Hotel Levi (their Instragram). We will have a buffet with the BIEGGA – WIND menu, including:
- Smoked reindeer- soup Lappish cheese salad with cloudberry vinaigrette
- Roasted beetroot with chevre Mushroom salad
- Cognac –rawspiced salmon Smoked whitefish
- Roasted beef with lingonberry-rosemary compote
- Smoked reindeer mousse with rye crisps
- Bread selection with whipped butter
- Fried Arctic char with crayfish sauce
- Overnight braised lamb entrecote with dark garlic-sauce
- Roasted honey roots & potatoes
- Chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream
- Chocolate sweets
- Coffee and tea
The buffet will cost 60€ p.P., keep your receipts for reimbursement.
